How do I create an account?

1. Click the "Register" link at the top right side of our site.
2. Enter your name and email address.

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private and secure. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

Why would I want an account at plantraco.com?

When you make an account on our website, it adds to your shopping experience and enables us to serve you better. You can get a printout of all your orders, it gives us the ability to give you credits on your account that you can spend at plantraco.com, if you ever need to send something back for repairs or return something, your account streamlines that process too. If you ever need support or set up tips, your account makes sure that you will get a prompt response that you can monitor within your customer account.

Do I have to have an account to order from the plantraco.com website?

No, you can enter your order in our order system without having to make an account. But we'd like to encourage you to make an account anyways - it can't hurt anything and if you are typing in your information to make an online order with us, you could be making an account in the same amount of time and if we ever have to communicate with you about setting up your product or if you need any customer service in the future, your support ticket issue numbers make communications easier for everyone.

Does this account stuff cost me anything?

No, it's just a thing we use to give you better service. If anything, making an account is going to save you money. We might make special discounts, or you might even find out that a friend or relative can give you a plantraco.com gift certificate in the form of credits on your plantraco.com account.

There are no "catches" - customer accounts at plantraco.com are good for us and good for you too.

How do I edit my account information?

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

I forgot my password.

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

How do I return my product?

Please click here for more information on returning an item. Note that your account shows all your purchases, so it's easy for you (and easy for our book keeper), to track any items that need repair services or need to be returned to us for refund, exchange, or credit.

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
